Our story
Three generations, one tortilla press
Rosa started rolling dough in her grandmother's kitchen in Michoacán. Forty years and a thousand miles later, her kids and grandkids are still pressing tortillas by hand on the corner of Tuolumne — same recipes, same patience, same love.
Everything is made to order. The carne asada hits the grill when you order it, the salsa is blended at dawn, and the aguas frescas are always flowing. That's just how we do it.
